We have a diverse training calendar covering a range of issues such as racial harassment; equal opportunities; basic housing options; stress management; performance management and many many more. Members will have discounted access to training & tailor made courses.

Volunteer
The importance of volunteers to Positive Action in Housing cannot be underestimated. We are very fortunate to benefit from the efforts of long standing, dedicated and highly competent team of volunteers.
Volunteers assist all of our projects (Admin & Finance Team, Housing Advice Casework Team, New Migrants Action Project, Money Skills Project and Training Department) by supporting other staff members, volunteers and our service users.
We have up to 20 volunteers working with us; some started with little or no experience of working in the housing or voluntary sector; some had a lot of experience and some are more confident in other areas or subjects, but all contribute to our projects and work with us to achieve our aims.
