“A police investigation is currently underway into an alleged fraud committed against Positive Action in Housing Ltd by a former employee. Our internal controls caught the problem quickly, and we are grateful to Strathclyde Police for acting so promptly and helpfully. We would like to assure people that there will be no impact to our services as a result of this ongoing investigation. Until we get the results of the police investigation we cannot make any further comment.

“Positive Action in Housing Ltd is a Scottish wide charity working with communities, voluntary organisations and faith groups to give everyone an equal chance to live in good quality, affordable and safe homes, free from discrimination and the fear of racial harassment and violence.”
