How Can You Donate to Positive Action in Housing?
1. Why do we need donations?
Every day, Positive Action in Housing deals with clients who have been left destitute (i.e. without a home, money or possessions) by the government. These people are not allowed to be given any kind of public funding (such as Government money, lottery funding etc) so the only way we can help them pay for food and accommodation is by relying on private donations. To find out more about destitute asylum seekers and how we help them, visit our destitution service page.
