WHO'S IT FOR AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
This course assists you to develop equality& diversity practices in your organisation. You will work through the key elements to develop an equality action plan that is a vital part of an organisations service delivery. You will create a SMART action plan that will help you focus your ideas and decide the correct actions you need to take to achieve your 'outcomes'.
