WHO'S IT FOR AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
PAiH has produced guidelines on tackling racial harassment. To complement this work, this course will help you to identify racial harassment, to develop best practice and 'model procedures' your organisation can adopt. The course will show you interview techniques that will support victims (victim centred) and deal with perpetrators.
