Training This half day workshop will encourage participants to explore assumptions about other cultres and thier own, and recognise ways of interacting more effectively with people from other cultures. the course will explore aspects of cultural difference which may affect our interactions and the services we deliver to a multi-cultural community.
This course is highly participative, involving case studies, group exercises and open discussion. Course packs are comprehensive.
