Training This one day course will give you a deeper understanding of some of the key cultural differences and communication barriers affecting people including black minority ethnic communities. It will enhance your organisation’s interpersonal communications. You will be able to recognise the needs of different groups of people and effectively adapt the approach you use with service users.
