Job Type: Part-time (21 hours per week), Permanent 
Salary: £25,925 pro rata + 5% contributory pension + 30 days annual leave /15 days public holidays pro rata
Based in our Glasgow Office

We are looking for a well-organised, self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to our small but busy charity in the centre of Glasgow.

The Administration and Finance Officer will be responsible for undertaking all day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our office. The role will involve maintaining financial and client records, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with reception duties, carrying out office management tasks, and providing administrative support to the CEO.

The role will suit someone with excellent organisational skills, good time management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is honest, hard-working, and can work well as part of a team. We need someone who can plan, manage, and prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have a positive outlook, and an ability to build strong relationships with partner organisations, service users, staff, and volunteers.
