Aspen Card Problems

If your ASPEN CARD does not work, or you have not received it, or have lost it...

Call Migrant Help on 0808 010 503

Tell them you need a working card ASAP. They will need the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Port Reference No
  • Mobile

Card Activation

Contact the payment provider (Prepaid Financial Services) automated response line on 0800 246 1327 to activate your card, check your PIN or to hear your balance. To activate your card:

  1. Call 0800 246 1327
  2. Pick the appropriate language
  3. Press Option 1 PIN Reveal
  4. Enter the 16-digit number on the front of the Aspen Card
  5. Enter your date of birth DDMMYY (for example, if your date of birth is 5th February 1975, enter the numbers on your keypad like this: 050275)  

Once your card is activated you can check your available balance at an ATM. Alternatively, check your balance by:

  1. Calling 0800 246 1327
  2. Pick the appropriate language
  3. Pick Option 2
  4. Enter the 16-digit card number and then four-digit pin
  5. IVR reveals balance
