How to get help
To get advice or information, and are from a refugee or asylum seeking background, or are an EU immigrant, fill in an online self-referral form or find details of other resources that may be able to help you, below. Advice and support provided includes: housing, welfare rights, energy debt, evisas, share codes and resettlement matters.
If you are currently homeless and urgently need help, call our Homeless helpline on: 0141 846 7179 during office hours, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Otherwise, complete a self-referral form.
If you are an organisation referring clients to Positive Action in Housing, please guide your service user to this page, and help them to fill in the self-referral form.
We no longer accept visitors without appointments. But you can attend the outreach surgeries at the locations below without an appointment.
Appointment with a caseworker
First complete the self-referral form. If we can assist, a caseworker will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Alternatively, if you need help with filling in the form, call 0141 353 2220 and ask to attend a drop-in to get help.
