How to get help
The best way to get help is to fill in the online self-referral form. This gives us a chance to find out what the problem is and allocate your case if we can help. We also run drop-ins and outreach surgeries where you can get initial advice regarding housing, welfare rights, energy debt, evisas, and resettlement matters. All our services are tailored for people from refugee and migrant communities.
If you are currently homeless and urgently need help, please call our homelessness helpline on: 0141 846 7179. Otherwise, please complete our self-referral form.
If you are an organisation referring clients to Positive Action in Housing, please guide your service user to this page, and help them fill in the self-referral form.
Drop-in sessions
First complete the self-referral form. If we can assist, a caseworker will contact you to arrange your appointment.
Alternatively, if you need help with filling in the form, call 0141 353 2220 and ask to attend a drop-in to get help.
