Saving Sudais

14 October 2017

Our work to bring Sudais Asif to Scotland for lifesaving treatment makes it to the front page of today’s Herald magazine .

Sudais was brought to Scotland as a result of a campaign by Positive Action in Housing (SC027577) – the Baby Mohammad Appeal. Our interventions led to the then health secretary Alex Neil agreeing to provide NHS treatment. We asked our supporters to back this campaign, which in turn attracted the press that enabled Scots to know about his story and give their support.

As a charity, we are called upon to intervene in cases of extreme hardship and tragedy both privately and publicly.

You can support our life saving work by giving a regular (or one off) donation at www.positiveactionh.org/donate.
