Letter to Home Secretary on behalf of Eric Nnanna, father of Adriel, the baby son of Mercy Baguma raising concerns about the operation of the Mears Group contract in Glasgow, in particular serious duty of care and procedural failings in the days leading up to Mercy Baguma’s death on August 22nd 2020 in Glasgow. Mears was to pick up Mercy and her son from her flat and move them into Home Office accommodation on August 19th.
